Technical Systems Developer

This role involves conceptualizing new systems, services, and interfaces to meet project and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize New Systems: Develop innovative solutions that meet project and business objectives.

  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Collaborate with testers to identify and resolve technical problems.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are consistent and feasible.

  • Design Artefacts: Create and manage design artefacts, including specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Systems Development Experience: Proven experience in system development, integration, and troubleshooting, with exposure to various workflow applications.

  • API Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of APIs and other integration services is a plus.

  • UI Interacting Systems: Experience working with user interface interacting systems.

  • Lending Systems Expertise: Experience working across lending systems, including Lend Fast and PEGA (preferable).

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
