Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Officer to provide support for the efficient delivery of Home Support Assessments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for updating client records and initiating reassessments as required, ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • Understanding of health and aged care service sectors is beneficial
  • Prior experience in waitlist management and booking systems is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn electronic reporting systems is necessary
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills are required
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Current NSW State drivers licence and willingness to use for work purposes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update client records accurately and efficiently
  • Initiate reassessments as required to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn electronic reporting systems
  • Organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
