Registered Nurse Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care services to clients across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers areas on a permanent full-time basis.

This role involves delivering clinical services in the home, conducting health assessments, and collaborating with our care teams to ensure holistic, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality in-home nursing services including wound care, medication management, catheter care, and chronic disease support.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments and clinical reviews to inform care plans.
  • Develop and monitor care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and coordinators to ensure comprehensive and individualised support.
  • Provide clinical oversight and mentoring to care staff to promote quality and consistency in care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to meet relevant compliance and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Level 1) with AHPRA.
  • Experience in aged care, disability support, or community nursing.
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities to provide safe and effective care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Valid driver's licence to conduct home visits.
  • Current Police Check, CPR/First Aid certification, and up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
