**Essential Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of two years' experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles
  • Executive recruitment experience is highly desirable but not essential
  • A third-level qualification or higher in HR or a related discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meticulous attention to detail
