Job Opportunity

We're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistants at our Mittagong store. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, helping customers find the perfect home gift ideas for their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Assist with unpacking new Christmas decorations and summer stock
  • Help customers create decorative looks for the Christmas season
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays

Requirements
  • Availability to work across seven days of the week, including weekends
  • Ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities
  • Great listening skills and problem-solving skills
