**Job Description**

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing organisational development plans that drive business growth and excellence
  • Providing coaching and guidance to our people leaders to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Identifying key roles and developing talent strategies to increase impact
  • Ensuring effective performance management aligned with business objectives

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong negotiation, mediation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at the strategic and operational level to support business strategy and implementation
  • Experience in generalist HR remit, focusing on business change, leadership development, and employee engagement
  • Good understanding of employee relations, including conducting investigations and managing cases
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, coupled with adaptability in a dynamic environment
