We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to collaborate closely with senior leaders and provide advice and guidance across key areas such as strategic partnership, talent management, employee relations, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior executives to understand business goals and develop People & Culture strategies to support them.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Facilitate the implementation of P&C programs and initiatives particularly learning and development.
  • Foster a positive and empowering workplace culture that supports the organisation's Values.
  • Facilitate succession planning and career development initiatives, as well as the annual remuneration review process.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes including goal setting, feedback and performance reviews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee matters, providing guidance and resolution.
  • Analyse P&C metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.

About You

  • Experience in both operational and advisory roles.
  • Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in a Business Partner role, ideally in professional services.
  • Experience in talent management, HR best practice and employee relations.
  • Skilled at influencing across all levels and managing organisational change.
  • Action oriented with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • A team player with a drive to create a positive work environment.
