Job Role:

Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing end-to-end administrative and operational support across the recruitment lifecycle, delivering smooth, efficient, and engaging hiring processes.

Key responsibilities include coordinating interviews, meetings, and candidate communications, managing recruitment systems, data integrity, and documentation including reports and assessments, supporting onboarding activities, liaising with candidates regarding pre-employment requirements, initiating and managing background checks, medicals, and psychometric testing, maintaining the careers inbox, publishing job ads across internal and external platforms, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and operational standards, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment support, contributing to HR data analytics and insights to enhance employee engagement, coordinating the Scholarship Program, including candidate communications, application tracking, and stakeholder support.

Requirements include 2–4 years' experience in talent acquisition coordination or recruitment administration, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, high proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, excellent time management, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environments, a team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for supporting people initiatives.

This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and fostering relationships with candidates and external partners.

  • Support the recruitment process from initial contact through to onboarding
  • Manage candidate interactions, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate the scholarship program, communicate with stakeholders, and track applications
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future recruitment strategies
