Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Windows Desktop Engineer to design, develop, maintain and provide Level 3 support for Standard Operating Environments (SOE), Enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms, Remote access solutions, and package and deploy applications across supported environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, maintain, and provide Level 3 support for SOE, including desktop software and device configurations
  • Package and deploy applications across supported environments
  • Manage automated patching and update processes
  • Provide expert technical advice across platforms and services
  • Resolve complex technical issues escalated from service desk and Level 2 support teams
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure smooth integration and policy compliance
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (M365 ProPlus)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, and Group Policy management
  • Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) using Intune
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Intune, including SOE creation, application packaging, and patching
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical documentation
About the Role:

This is a 12-month contract with extension opportunity. The role requires the ability to obtain Baseline clearance.
