About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Nursing Manager to join our team at Latrobe Regional Hospital.

Job Description

This is a fixed-term, part-time opportunity in our 32-bed acute surgical ward. As a Senior Nursing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nursing staff, providing high-quality patient care, and ensuring the efficient operation of the ward.

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, dedicated to surgical patient-centered care. Our hospital offers a range of benefits, including access to ongoing development through daily education sessions, bespoke training, and career & study support.

Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a registered nurse
  • Relevant managerial experience (desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
