About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team at ResMed Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading process transformation efforts for traditional FP&A support, reducing manual work and enabling the team to build scalable, repeatable, documented processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transforming hardware/software/product FP&A processes
  • Owning close variance reporting process end-to-end
  • Training operations partners in financial reporting processes
  • Owning forecasting process for GCP and guiding senior analysts/analysts
  • Helping manage tax reporting/resource management process
Requirements
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly understand new concepts and systems
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to create simple, concise reporting
  • Self-starter with strong process orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, IT, or related discipline
  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling and maintenance skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
