We are seeking an experienced Medical Administrator to join our dynamic team.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in medical administration, preferably with experience in software systems.
  • A high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage all patient enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner.
  • Front of house reception / Greet patients on arrival.
  • Schedule appointments, minor procedures, vaccinations, skin checks, referrals and more.
  • Issue invoices to patients and third parties.
  • Process Medicare rebates as required.
  • Enter and update patient details.
  • Ensure the reception area is always clean and presentable.
