Theatre Waitlist Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Theatre Waitlist Coordinator to join our team.
This permanent full-time position will be based in Moruya, where you will be responsible for updating the elective surgery waitlist in line with the Ministry of Health Waiting Time and Elective Surgery Policy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently update the elective surgery waitlist
- Maintain collaborative relationships with health professionals and stakeholders
- Exercise initiative and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Hold a current unrestricted driver's licence and be willing to drive/travel as required
About You:
- You have well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- You have comprehensive data entry skills with experience in Microsoft Office Applications, databases and ICT infrastructure
- You possess high-level organisational skills, exercising confidentiality and sensitivity
