A highly skilled general surgeon is sought to join a renowned team in the elective surgery department. This is an ideal opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the growth of a thriving program.
Key Qualifications:- Board-certified (or eligible) in General Surgery.
- Ability to cover 10 - 24 hour shifts per month.
- Supervisory experience with advanced practice providers, medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- $50,000 sign-on bonus.
- $460,000+ salary, plus performance-based bonuses.
- $6,000 CME allowance for licensing, DEA registration, hospital dues, and continuing education courses.
- Malpractice coverage.
