Key Responsibilities:- Board-certified (or eligible) in General Surgery.
- Manage 10 - 24 hour shifts per month.
- Supervise advanced practice providers and train medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Develop relationships with internal teams and community partners.
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- $460,000+ salary, plus productivity and quality bonuses.
- 6,000 CME allowance reimburses licensing, DEA registration, hospital dues, and continuing education courses.
