Lead Senior Clinician Opportunity

The Lead Senior Clinician is a key role, leading support services as the senior clinician. You will possess strong clinical and business acumen, demonstrating initiative for innovative solutions. Your team will oversee resident admissions, assessment, and documentation while delivering a quality, person-centred service.

Key Requirements
- Registered Nurse, Division 1
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical leadership role
- Working knowledge of ACFI and aged care Accreditation Standards
- Assessing new admissions
- Resolving incidents
- Reliability and passion for aged care
- Proven Microsoft Office skills, clear spoken and written English communication skills and excellent customer service

Aged care workers must have a completed NDIS check prior to commencement and an International Police Check if applicable.
