About the Role

Windana is seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team on a casual basis. As a Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering training programs that empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging training courses to participants in our programs.
  • Facilitate interactive courses that address challenging behaviors and increase knowledge on AOD Foundations and Mental Health First Aid.
  • Participate in course design and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and participation.
About You

We are looking for a Trainer who is passionate about making a positive impact and has a strong commitment to promoting inclusivity, empathy, and understanding of the factors that lead to challenging behaviors.

Relevant certification or experience in delivering AOD, Mental Health First Aid, or similar programs is highly regarded.
