Senior Accounts Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Accounts Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
About the Role- Payroll management for over 300 employees
- Payment of superannuation and tax liabilities
- Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
- Accounts Payable and Receivable management
- Bank reconciliation and month-end reporting
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing support to the wider finance team as required
- Prior experience in a similar senior accounts role with end-to-end payroll expertise
- Strong technical knowledge and passion for understanding core financial principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Honesty, reliability, and dedication to delivering high-quality results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask
