Description

  • Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the budgeting process by providing accurate data and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their ongoing development and effective contribution to team objectives.

Profile

A successful Senior Accounts Officer should have:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in accounting softwares and tools; experience with Yardi Voyager is considered beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
