Base pay range

A$75,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Work with a diverse and interesting client base.
  • Be involved in a range of work that will strengthen your technical skills and abilities.
  • Work closely with Partners, Associates and Senior Managers.
  • Have a supportive network of colleagues and managers.
  • Be offered external and internal training to develop your technical knowledge and expertise.
  • With our DFK ANZ and DFK International affiliation have access to training and conferences interstate and internationally.
  • As a part of the team you will work in a modern and vibrant offices with a healthy work/life balance including work from home options.
Ideal candidate
  • Ideally, you are wanting to be exposed to more technical issues and access an interesting and complex client base
  • Tax, Accounting and/or Audit skills
  • Received quality training which has supported your technical development
  • Are an Accountant looking for more technical challenges across our fantastic client base
Ideal qualifications
  • An analytical mind and have worked on complex client accounts
  • The ability to keep up with the legislative and client needs across Tax, Accounting, Audit and SMSF business functions
  • Strong technical skills including experience supporting clients in managing their business Tax and Accounting needs
  • Exceptional research skills including being able to prepare written advice to clients
  • Strong problem solving, communication and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience on cloud based software including the use of electronic workpapers
  • CA qualifications - or working towards them
  • Have a strong work ethic, a client focused nature, and enjoy working as part of a great team
Qualifications
  • 2+ years\' of professional accounting experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
  • CA/CPA preferred
