Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Professional to manage network operations, including troubleshooting, project planning, and performance monitoring.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leading and contributing to the planning, design, and execution of network-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues arising during project implementation phases, including testing and deployment.
  • Respond to and address incidents escalated by the service desk team.
  • Plan and implement network-related projects, including upgrades, new installations, and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.
  • Monitor network performance to assess the need for updates, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
  • Recommend and implement options for improving network performance and reliability.
  • Ensure all network documentation and procedures are current and accurate.
  • Create and update network diagrams, configurations, and process documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience as a Network Engineer
  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Routers, Aruba switches, Fortinet, Juniper, and Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Thorough understanding of switching protocols, including VLANs, Spanning Tree, HSRP/VRRP, LAG, and other switching protocols used in Enterprise Networks.
  • Experience configuring Firewalls, Wireless Controllers, and Access Points.
  • Experience with Voice and SIP call flow troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and SBCs - Audiocodes experience is beneficial.
  • In-depth understanding and experience of routing protocols.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting IPSec Site to Site VPNs is essential.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • A quick learner with the willingness to learn and study in your own time to further your career.

Please note that a valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check are required.

This role requires extensive experience in network engineering and administration.
