About this Role

We are seeking a Communications Manager to develop and implement a communication strategy that supports the co-design and embedding of organisational values. This programme will lay the foundations for lasting cultural change, creating a safe, fair and inclusive workplace culture.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A postgraduate degree in communication, public relations, change management or marketing;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in delivering best practice employee communication approaches for co-designing and embedding organisational values;
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, influence decisions and develop innovative solutions in large, complex organisations;
  • Strong communication, analytical and business writing skills, with contemporary digital technology experience.
