Lead Improvement Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Improvement Strategist to join our team and lead the planning and delivery of key programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation within an organisation.

  • Design and deliver best practice program and project management tools, methodologies, and governance arrangements to build improvement capability across the division.
  • Manage divisional projects using best practices to ensure timely delivery, quality, and clear communication.
  • Develop systems and processes to monitor the effectiveness of improvement initiatives after implementation, providing reports and recommendations as required to support continual improvement.
  • Support business plan development to meet strategic goals.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A postgraduate qualification or relevant industry certification (or be actively working toward one), along with extensive experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and building capability in project management or improvement science, including an understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in program monitoring and reporting to support sound governance mechanisms and achievement of objectives.
  • Highly developed planning and organising skills to effectively establish the priority and scheduling of work tasks for self and others to ensure work priorities are completed on time and within budget.
