Residential Village Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Community Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential village, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality of life for residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage overall operations and administration of the residential village.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to enhance resident experience.
- Coordinate and supervise delivery of all village services.
- Foster positive and collaborative community culture.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
To succeed in this role, you will require significant experience in senior management within hospitality or residential aged care sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as business management, hospitality, or aged care.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated skills in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and legislation.
