We are seeking experienced support workers to join our team in providing quality care and support for individuals in their day-to-day living. The role involves providing direct support across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance.
About the Role- Ability to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availability.
- Resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities and the ability to provide high-quality support that enhances their lives.
