Your Role

  • Lead a hands-on team to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Drive revenues by running successful shifts and exceeding guest expectations
  • Create engaging spaces to elevate the guest experience
  • Support and inspire a dynamic hospitality team
  • Manage Front of House & Back of House operations, including rosters, training, and performance management

Your Qualifications

  • Energy, enthusiasm, and positivity
  • Valid RSA and Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Obsession with providing excellent guest experiences
  • Proven experience in hospitality venues
