As an Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in our childcare operations. Your leadership skills will inspire your team to deliver exceptional care, education, and engagement.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for providing high-quality early childhood education. As Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.

  • Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
  • Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
