Early Childhood Education Director Role

You will have the opportunity to shape and lead a dedicated team of professionals in delivering quality early learning and care across five rooms, with integrated kindergarten and long daycare.

  • Leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality early learning and care programs;
  • Collaborating with families and community partners to create a positive and supportive environment for children and their families;
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure compliance and excellence;
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge;

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent ACECQA approved);
  • Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development and education;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of early learning frameworks and quality standards;
  • Proven ability to build strong family and community partnerships;
