Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our team of educators in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

This role requires a strong leader who can foster a culture of excellence and collaboration, handle day-to-day operations, and cultivate strong relationships with families and the local community.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent), a current and valid Working With Children Check, proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team of educators, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

Key Responsibilities:
