About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent law graduate to join our dynamic and global legal team as a Graduate Legal Counsel. You will assist more senior solicitors in providing accurate, effective, and commercial advice to the business, enabling it to comply with its legal and ethical obligations, and achieve its objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and draft contracts and other legal documents, predominately in the technology, software, and services space
  • Research, assess, and prepare advice on legal and regulatory matters
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders
  • Undertake research, analyze, and summarize information and present it back in various forms
What We're Looking For
  • A recent University Graduate with a Bachelor of Law, who is admitted or in the process of being admitted
  • A genuine interest in technology, privacy, or data law
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak an Asian language is highly regarded
  • A curious, life-long learner who is open to change, to trying new things, and wants to develop
  • Someone who values teamwork, takes initiative, and is proactive with strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
