About the Role:

  • Manage consent applications and verify approvals

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement

  • Coordinate meetings, streamline processes, and support health, safety, and risk management

About You:

  • A tertiary qualification or solid hands-on experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar field
  • Proven success navigating approvals and assurance processes, ideally within tightly regulated industries
  • A sharp eye for detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Confidence using Microsoft tools like Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and communicating clearly and constructively
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and smarter systems
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to build trust across teams
  • Strong time management skills and ability to juggle priorities without compromising quality
