About the Role

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the two Executive Directors of Northeast Health Wangaratta.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced public health environment, providing high-quality support and contributing to the delivery of exceptional services to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive, confidential, and professional administrative support to the two Executive Directors.
  • Demonstrate personal resilience, emotional intelligence, and strong relational skills.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including staff, patients, and external partners.
  • Manage multiple priorities, maintain organization, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
