As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to consumers by developing tailored care plans, managing consumer budgets, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Reforms and Quality Standards. Your expertise in Case Management, customer service, and autonomy will be essential in delivering exceptional care and support.

The ideal candidate will have a health-related tertiary qualification or a related field and previous experience as a care manager. You should be able to adapt to changing caseloads, demonstrate a flexible mindset, and possess a strong understanding of Aged Care Reforms and Quality Standards. Additionally, you must be willing to travel to regional Victoria when required and hold a valid driver's license and undergo a police check.
