Job Title: Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and experience in collaborating with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and define Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and define Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end Health Cloud implementations.
  • Develop and document platform-level architecture, including Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
  • Map business processes to Salesforce product features and optimize workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops and guide technical teams with excellent communication skills.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of in-sprint tasks as per agreed scope and quality.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, automation, and integrations.
  • Develop functional specifications and documentation for customizations and integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
  • Ability to create Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
  • Experience in business process mapping and optimizing workflows within Salesforce.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce automation, integration, and best practices.
