Cloud Delivery Specialist

We're seeking an experienced professional to manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions. Your key responsibility will be ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations—while driving tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the delivery of complex Salesforce implementations across various industries.
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders to define and align project goals, scope, and success metrics.
  • Managing project timelines, resources, risks, and change control processes.
  • Overseeing project teams to ensure high performance, quality deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking progress against project plans and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet defined specifications.
  • Partnering with Business Architects and SMEs to measure performance against strategic objectives.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinating with Architects, Delivery Stream Leads, QA Leads, and Change Managers to refine scope and timelines as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading multiple, complex Salesforce projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and delivery methodologies.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering value through technology.
