Facilities Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Site Coordinator. This role offers the perfect opportunity for someone looking to transition from a hospitality or back of house environment into a dynamic and diverse setting.
About the Role:
- Work closely with a small and diverse team to support the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery to customers and clients.
- Act as the primary contact for community members, handling enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the site manager and other coordinators to manage facilities, including opening and closing duties, maintaining safe and clean presentation of reception and common areas, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Manage loading cages for Australia Post pickups and drop-offs, resolve ad-hoc issues, and assist with community events and workshops.
- Conduct member onboarding and inductions, maintain organized paperwork, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and ensure smooth facility management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle community inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain facilities and coordinate supplier interactions.
- Manage logistics and resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through onboarding and induction processes.

We are a coworking and co-warehousing space dedicated to fostering growth, community, and collaboration for our members. We understand the challenges faced by small businesses and provide services designed to support their growth.
We operate two locations across Melbourne and plan to expand to a third site next year.
