Job Description

This is a pivotal role in our mid to large-scale network security operations team. The successful candidate will handle Level 3 escalations, manage vulnerability and maintenance windows, and support our network automation platform.

Key responsibilities include installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware, systems, and software for networks, as well as management of network and security performance by monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, and continuous improvement to optimise performance.

Identify, analyse and manage risk at every aspect of work. Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access.

Undertake project design and architecture work, like High-level and detailed design work. Provide technical consultation to business/technology stakeholders to support relevant infrastructure partners and other business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Coding Skills: Python scripting/coding (Intermediate)
  • DevOps tools Skills: BitBucket, Jenkins, JIRA, GitHub, Terraform, Vault
  • Network Security: Operational expertise in the networking domain, showcasing ability to tackle complex network challenges
  • Data Management Skills: Data Collection, Schema Binding, Data Manipulation and Analytical skills
