As a Network Infrastructure Strategist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our high availability network infrastructure to provide maximum performance and security for users.

You will play a key role in configuring and monitoring the network, testing and analysing network performance, and identifying ways to improve the network infrastructure. In some cases, this may involve designing new networks from the ground up.

Your primary responsibility will be to support users, including staff, clients, customers, and suppliers, by troubleshooting any problems that arise and providing timely resolutions.

This role may involve working internally as part of an organisation's IT support team or externally as part of an outsourced IT networking consultancy firm working with multiple clients.
