Your Future Role:

As a Project Contract Manager for the Metronet project, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of this high-profile project. You will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of contracts, as well as identifying and mitigating risks associated with contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to ensure compliance with Alstom's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the project team to prepare and manage contract documentation, including contract amendments and variations.
  • Monitor and manage contract performance, including tracking progress against contractual milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract administration, including claims and disputes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide expert advice on contract management and risk mitigation to the project team.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Law, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
  • Extensive experience in contract and claims management in the delivery of railway, infrastructure, or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with contract management and project management tools and systems.
  • Ability to anticipate and manage conflicting priorities.
