About the Role

The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Service Manager and customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading technology company in fleet management solutions and be part of a vibrant team relocating to new premises in Macquarie Park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and manage inbound service and support requests from customers.
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers and technicians via phone and email.
  • Coordinate the allocation of new installation and field-service work to technicians and subcontractors.
  • Assist the Service Manager in monitoring work in progress and ensuring timely completion.
  • Plan and liaise with customers to schedule installations and services.
  • Administer completed worksheets and invoices.
  • Ensure technicians have necessary documentation and information prior to site visits.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels of technicians and subcontractors.
  • Manage information within the CRM system.
  • Process invoices and sales administration.
About You
  • HSC or trade certifications are desirable.
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience is required.
  • Experience with NetSuite is highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills are necessary.
