Key Responsibilities- Triage and manage inbound service and support requests from customers.
- Provide timely and effective support to customers and technicians via phone and email.
- Coordinate the allocation of new installation and field-service work to technicians and subcontractors.
- Assist the Service Manager in monitoring work in progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Plan and liaise with customers to schedule installations and services.
- Administer completed worksheets and invoices.
- Ensure technicians have necessary documentation and information prior to site visits.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels of technicians and subcontractors.
- Manage information within the CRM system.
- Process invoices and sales administration.
- HSC or trade certifications are desirable.
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience is required.
- Experience with NetSuite is highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills are necessary.
