Supporting Change Coordinator

The Office for Early Childhood Development is championing change to create a system that gives all South Australian children a flying start in life.
Critical to this is the roll-out of universal 3-year-old preschool from 2026, giving every child access to 2 years of teacher-led, play-based early learning before school.
As a Business Services Coordinator, you will support large-scale change that positively shapes outcomes for children and families across the state. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality business support to the Change and Engagement Division, managing various business functions such as accommodation planning, financial processing, procurement, work health and safety, and more.
Key responsibilities include policy and procedure development, business operations support, administrative and process support, accommodation and facilities management, stakeholder engagement, and work health and safety.
Requirements include prior experience in supporting business services, project delivery skills, exceptional communication skills, ability to navigate complex issues, and adaptability to changing environments.
