Job Title

As a leader in our people enablement team, you will be responsible for uplifting leader capability, streamlining people processes and delivering consistent, thoughtful support across the business.

  • Lead a centralised team with the mission to enhance leader capability, standardise people processes and deliver seamless support.
  • Provide clear guidance to leaders across employee relations, case management and people processes.
  • Design and embed best-practice rhythms that bring clarity, efficiency and momentum to how we support our brands and functions.
  • Build a connected team environment that's built for impact with smart systems for leave coverage, shared knowledge and flexible support during peak times.

Experience is required in HR or people advisory, supporting leaders across employee relations, coaching and people processes. Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing teams, bringing clarity, care and a sense of shared purpose to your work.
