Job Description

As a Marketing Graduate, you will be immersed in developing end-to-end consumer marketing and NPD skills. This role involves learning the ropes of Brand Marketing and sales in the Consumer Healthcare category.

You will assist the team in executing brand activation plans across key retail, media, and owned digital channels, including supporting communications projects. Additionally, you will support new product launches including packaging and go-to-market plans.

Collaboration with direct team members and cross-functional teams (sales, innovation, commercial strategy, regulatory) and external agencies is crucial to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.

Administrative and ad hoc support to brand leads, such as reporting, data analysis, and presentation preparation, is also expected.

Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations, is an important aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for graduates with an undergraduate degree in Business Management (Marketing), Business, or Commerce from a recognised tertiary institution by December 2025.

Candidates must possess customer-focused individuals with commercial awareness and business acumen, interested in marketing and sales in consumer healthcare.

Very good written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Confidence and courage to challenge the status quo, bring new perspectives, and make key decisions are highly valued.

A high attention to detail and well-organised approach to work is also required.

Enthusiasm and energy are essential qualities for this role.

Proficiency with MS Office and commonly used productivity tools is necessary.

Located in Brisbane or Sydney by January 2026.
