As a Casual Early Childhood Educator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of centres and develop your skills in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5.

The Role: We are seeking passionate educators who can facilitate learning experiences for allocated groups of children, work collaboratively with fellow educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs, and support permanent educators by covering lunch breaks, sick days, and annual leave days.

What You Need: To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III/Diploma in ECEC or be studying towards a qualification in Early Childhood Education. Additionally, you must be available for at least 2 days, sometimes at short notice, willing to travel 30+ minutes regularly, and possess strong communication skills, reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work in new teams.
