About the Role
  • Deliver company secretarial and corporate compliance services for subsidiaries, ensuring seamless operational excellence.
  • Provide oversight and support to a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Oversee company secretarial service providers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and expertise.
  • Offer advisory support on secretarial practice and corporate governance, providing guidance and insights to directors and partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Group Company Secretary and Boards, contributing to informed decision-making.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and accountability.
  • Instruct company secretarial service providers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Review and prepare board papers, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Oversee the collation and circulation of agendas and board packs, facilitating effective communication and discussion.
  • Prepare and review board minutes, capturing key decisions and actions.
  • Maintain statutory records for subsidiary entities, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with group structuring and incorporations, supporting business growth and development.
  • Support capital raisings and debt refinancing, leveraging your expertise to drive financial success.
