About The Role:

We're seeking a proactive Office Administrator to ensure smooth office operations in Canberra. You'll manage supplies, office inquiries, onboarding/offboarding, and expense tracking, while organizing events and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is tidy and organized, managing pantry supplies.
  2. Office Enquires: Manage access devices, liaise with real estate agents/building management for any enquires, assist in office renting/lease termination as required.
  3. Assist with Onboarding/Offboarding Cases:
  4. Attendance Keeping and Monitoring: Staff leave management.
  5. Office Expense Monitoring and Record Keeping: Effectively manage all bills & invoices to ensure payments are made on time.
  6. Reimbursement Checking and Application:
  7. Events & Festival Planning and Organization:
  8. Gift Card Purchasing and Record Keeping for Reconciliation:
  9. Monthly Work Report to HQ:
  10. Other Ad-Hoc Tasks as Required:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field.
  • A high standard of personal integrity – trustworthy, loyal, and honest, as well as reliable, dedicated, and punctual.
  • Well-developed computer skills, particularly in Microsoft 365 and Jira.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Have a keen eye for details.
  • A team player who can work autonomously.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication skills.
