Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Work with the team to provide support, guidance, and development opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service with a hands-on, guest-focused approach.
  • Drive Food & Beverage opportunities for the venue to keep offerings fresh and engaging.
  • Have thorough knowledge of our food and beverage lists and be able to provide recommendations to patrons.
  • Maintain RSA certification and ensure safe handling of food and beverages.
Requirements
  • Energetic with a warm personality that creates memorable moments for guests and team members.
  • Guest-obsessed with a passion for delivering memorable service.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
