Job Summary

SIXT Australia is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join our team at Melbourne Airport.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating opportunities to make sales, and ensuring all rental vehicles meet our high standards of presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing rental agreements and ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Selling additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Inspecting and recording vehicle damage to maintain high-quality fleet
  • Delivering vehicles between sites and maintaining a clean and safe working area

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Current unrestricted driver's license and full working rights in Australia
