Strategic Financial Leadership Role

The Chief Financial Officer position is a key leadership role that requires an experienced professional to drive the company's financial strategy, operations, and sustainability. This role will oversee the Finance and Corporate Services function, collaborating with senior leaders to shape and execute the financial strategy, drive operational and business performance, and ensure strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Finance and Legal functions, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Develop and implement effective financial planning processes, aligning with strategic priorities and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Maintain the company's financial strength through prudent cash flow management, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as Company Secretary and ensure compliance with statutory obligations and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Proven track record in CFO and senior financial leadership roles, demonstrating strategic thought leadership and partnership skills.
  • Experience operating as a strategic partner, collaborating with senior executives to drive business growth and success.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, driving performance, accountability, and coaching of team members.
