Job Title: IT Operations Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our End User Experience and Corporate Applications team as an IT Production Support Manager. This role will oversee multiple IT Operation teams providing high-quality and responsive support 24/7 to ATO stakeholders across the SAP and Enterprise Resource Planning landscape.

About the Role:

  • Lead multiple IT Operation teams in providing high-quality and responsive support to ATO stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain the health of ATO's SAP and Enterprise Resource Planning systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Key Responsibilities:
